These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of CutoffRank (cutoffrank.com), operated by Dr. Malhar Paneliya as a sole proprietorship based in Maharashtra, India. By accessing or using this site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use this site. If you are under 18, you may use the site only with parental or guardian consent. By using the site, you represent that you meet these requirements.
2. The service
CutoffRank provides a search interface for publicly available medical entrance examination cutoff data, including but not limited to NEET UG and INICET. We display data derived from official publications by Medical Counselling Committee (MCC), state counselling commissions, and other official sources.
We strive to make the data searchable, organized, and accompanied by useful insights. However, CutoffRank is an informational tool. It is NOT an official counselling authority, and our data is NOT a substitute for official counselling websites.
3. Your responsibilities
You agree to:
- Provide accurate information when using the search
- Not attempt to disrupt, hack, or reverse-engineer the site
- Not scrape, copy, or republish our data or insights without written permission
- Not use the site for any illegal purpose
- Verify all information independently before making counselling decisions
4. Intellectual property
The design, code, user interface, insights, and methodology of CutoffRank are our intellectual property. The underlying cutoff data is public information obtained from official sources.
You may not:
- Copy, modify, or distribute any part of the site
- Use the CutoffRank brand, name, or design in any way that implies endorsement
- Build derivative services using our data or insights
You may:
- Share links to the site
- Reference CutoffRank in personal communications
- Take screenshots for personal use

- Loss of time, data, or opportunities
- Errors or omissions in the displayed data
Your sole remedy for any dispute is to stop using the site.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Dr. Malhar Paneliya and CutoffRank from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your violation of these Terms or misuse of the site.
