AIIMS Rewari (Phase III) is not yet operational. 2 Deemed Medical Colleges (MMIMSR Mullana and Amrita Faridabad) admit via MCC AIQ Deemed counselling. Haryana cutoffs use 23 distinct quota codes with HR-unique 2-tier BC (BCA/BCB) and 2-tier SC (SC, SC Deprived) plus PWBD and ESM-FF combined sub-tag modifier.
Haryana has UNIQUE reservation: 2-tier BC sub-classification (BCA economically backward + BCB professional / artisan), 2-tier SC sub-classification (SC + SC-D Deprived), and a HR-unique combined modifier ESM-FF (Ex-Servicemen + Freedom Fighter) plus PWBD (5% horizontal).

Important notes
- DMER Haryana (Department of Medical Education and Research) is the dedicated counselling authority for Haryana medical admissions. It is part of the Haryana State Government Medical Education Directorate.
- PGIMS Rohtak (Pandit Bhagwat Dayal Sharma Post Graduate Institute of Medical Sciences) is the OLDEST in Haryana, established 1960. It houses the Pt. B.D. Sharma University of Health Sciences HQ and affiliates ALL state govt medical colleges in Haryana.
- AIIMS Rewari (Phase III) is under construction and NOT YET OPERATIONAL in 2025-2026. Will be added when admissions begin.
- NEW 2025 entrants: Maharishi Chyawan GMC Koriawas (Narnaul) and Pt. Neki Ram Sharma GMC Bhiwani. Both 100 seats each.
- Maharaja Agrasen Medical College Agroha (Hisar, 2002) is a Government Aided Trust hybrid - operated by MAMSERS society but receives state govt funding. DB classifies as Government MBBS.
- SGT Medical College Gurugram (2010) uses a UNIQUE 25%/75% State Quota / Management split (instead of typical 85%/15%) due to its Private University status.
- Al-Falah Faridabad (2019) is the only Muslim Minority Private University Medical College in Haryana. Uses 42.5% Muslim Minority + 42.5% Management + 15% NRI split.
- World College Jhajjar (2016) is listed but flagged with MCI Pending status per source data. Admissions may be suspended in the current cycle.
- M.M. College Sadopur Ambala (MMU-AMB, 2023) is Maharishi Markandeshwar Deemed-affiliated but appears in state counselling table per DB classification.
