Madhya Pradesh has uniform government MBBS tuition at Rs. 1,00,000 per year plus Rs. 14,000 one-time caution = Rs. 1,14,000 total for first year. Roughly 5x higher than Kerala govt tuition (Rs. 28,950 lump-sum) but still affordable. Private General Quota fees range from Rs. 8.3 lakh (R D Gardi Ujjain) to Rs. 11.4 lakh (Chirayu Bhopal) per year. Private NRI fees range Rs. 20 lakh to Rs. 34 lakh per annum.

- ESIC Medical College Indore follows ESIC Central schedule.
- Private General Quota fees range from Rs. 8.3 lakh (R D Gardi Ujjain, lowest) to Rs. 11.4 lakh (Chirayu Bhopal, highest) per year.
- Private NRI Quota fees range from Rs. 20 lakh (Peoples Bhopal, lowest) to Rs. 34 lakh (Chirayu Bhopal, highest) per year.
- Newer private colleges (Mahaveer, LNCT, Sukh Sagar, Ram Krishna, SoMS, Mansarowar) follow standard MP private fee schedule with annual revisions.
