Delhi has the WIDEST government MBBS fee range in India: from Rs. 1,360 per year at Lady Hardinge MC to Rs. 3,60,000 per year at ABVIMS-RML and Army College. Delhi University colleges (Lady Hardinge, MAMC, UCMS) have notoriously low tuition. IPU State Govt colleges have moderate fees. Hamdard Deemed is at the high end with Rs. 20.77 lakh first-year total.
Widest range of any Indian state - Delhi University colleges are the lowest, IPU Central colleges (ABVIMS-RML, Army) are the highest.

- Delhi University-affiliated colleges (Lady Hardinge, MAMC, UCMS) have notoriously LOW tuition: Rs. 1,360 to Rs. 5,300 per year only.
- AIIMS Delhi tuition is just Rs. 5,500 per year - lowest among premium medical institutions in India.
- IPU-affiliated State Govt colleges (Dr. BSA Ambedkar, NDMC) have moderate fees Rs. 36,000 to Rs. 86,000 per year.
- IPU Central Govt colleges (VMMC Safdarjung) charge Rs. 76,000 per year for subsidized seats.
- ABVIMS PGIMER Dr. RML Hospital has unique fee structure: Rs. 27,500 for subsidized seats, Rs. 1,12,500 for non-subsidized.
- Army College of Medical Sciences charges Rs. 3,60,000 per year, but seats are exclusively for Army children (no general entry).
- Hamdard Deemed is the most expensive: Rs. 20,77,500 first year for General/Muslim Minority, USD 46,600 + Rs. 3,87,500 for NRI.
