Uttar Pradesh publishes MBBS cutoffs separately for government and private medical colleges, broken down by quota. Government colleges have two cutoff streams: a 15% All India Quota (AIQ) declared by the DGHS through MCC, and an 85% State Quota declared by the DGMEUP Lucknow. Private colleges report a single 100% Open Quota cutoff declared by DGMEUP, with management and minority quotas governed separately at the institutional level.
