Rajasthan NEET UG counselling.

Rajasthan MBBS and BDS counselling is conducted by the Office of the Chairman, NEET UG Medical and Dental Admission/Counselling Board, in conjunction with Rajasthan University of Health Sciences (RUHS) Jaipur. The complete process runs through the official portal at rajugneet2025.com. Candidates who qualify NEET-UG and hold a Rajasthan domicile compete here for state-quota seats, while 15% of government college seats are filled separately by MCC under the All India Quota.

About the rounds

The counselling cycle typically moves across three to four rounds: Round 1 and Round 2 online, followed by a Mop-Up round and a Stray Vacancy round (the latter two are usually conducted offline in person). Allotment is based on NEET-UG All India Rank and the candidate's choice preferences submitted during choice filling. The Mop-Up and Stray rounds fill seats that remain vacant after the main rounds close.

Registration steps

step 1
Online registration. Sign up at rajugneet2025.com using your NEET-UG roll number, application number, and date of birth. Confirm phone and email; both are used for OTP verification, result intimation, and provisional allotment notifications.
step 2
Two-stage application form filling. Rajasthan uses a two-stage registration. Stage 1 captures basic NEET and personal details; Stage 2 collects category, domicile, and document data. Both must be completed before the round-specific choice-filling window opens.
step 3
Document upload. Upload scanned copies of NEET-UG admit card, scorecard, Class 10 and 12 mark sheets, Rajasthan domicile certificate, category or PwD certificates where applicable, recent passport photograph, and signature. Verify each upload before proceeding.
step 4
Security deposit payment. Pay the relevant security deposit before locking your choices. The amount depends on the seat type targeted: ₹50,000 for a Government college general seat, ₹2,00,000 for a Government Management or Payment seat, ₹5,00,000 for Private MBBS, and ₹10,000 for Private BDS. The deposit is refundable on admission or non-allotment per the official refund policy.
step 5
Choice filling and locking. Open the choice-filling window and rank your preferred colleges and courses. You can fill choices for any combination of MBBS and BDS, government and private. Lock your choices before the deadline; unlocked choices auto-lock when the window closes.
step 6
Allotment and reporting. Allotment lists publish after each round closes. Candidates allotted a seat must download the allotment letter and report to the allotted college within the specified reporting window, carrying all original documents, fee proofs, and the NEET-UG admit card. Missing the reporting window forfeits the seat for that round.
