Tamil Nadu publishes MBBS cutoffs separately for government and private medical colleges, broken down by community (OC, BC, BCM, MBC, SC, SCA, ST) and quota. Government colleges have two cutoff streams: a 15% All India Quota (AIQ) declared by the DGHS through MCC, and an 85% State Quota declared by the DME Selection Committee.
